I love ice cream and making it has become an obsession of mine over the last few years. With my recent ACL surgery I have less time to do active things and now more time to make ice cream.
My kids tend to have an input on what flavor I make so even though Peppermint Ice Cream is more of a holiday winter flavor it was a flavor we could agree on and it was yummy.
